La Casa Polar will be located on a large estate in a natural, rural environment between the provinces of Girona or Barcelona. The area surrounding La Selva region would be ideal and would allow the people involved and interested in the project to live nearby.

La Casa will be a warm and homey farmhouse with one or more buildings making it possible to have enough rooms and the necessary amenities for seven guests: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room. It will also have spacious multipurpose rooms, where large group activities can be held. The farm will be on land where construction is allowed, and if possible, with a swimming pool, pond or lake. The land serves two functions. It’s a place for recreation: walking, swimming, meditating, running, admiring and enjoying nature, etc and we also intend to design and plant a kitchen garden along with fruit trees to provide food for La Casa.
